Our agecare products are long-term usage products. This means that it should be applied daily for a longer term of time, for example a month, to notice the amazing benefits.

We absolutely don't test on animals. We love our cute friends and are cruelty-free.


Do your products contain sulfates? 


Hell no, our products are paraben free! So no nasty chemicals involved!

Our fulfillment partner receives orders within 2 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. Where is your office based?


Our office is based in The Netherlands. We have our own laboratoria and warehouses in Weert, The Netherlands.


Can I receive samples? 


Sadly we don't offer trial samples at the moment.

How does returning products work?


We believe in our products and want you to have the best possible online shopping experience, so our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


How long does a refund take?


You can expect a refund to take 14 days after receiving a confirmation of your return. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@astisvitality.com.
